If your order arrives with a print defect, manufacturing error, or shipping damage — email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll review your claim and make it right. |

If your order is lost in transit, we'll cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping. Just submit your claim within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. |

Defects & Damage
Email info@sekkle.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We'll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
All claims are subject to review. We reserve the right to decline a claim if the damage or issue appears to be the result of customer handling, misuse, improper washing, or wear and tear after delivery. Submitting a fraudulent claim may result in your order being permanently ineligible for any future resolution.
Lost in Transit
Submit a claim within 2 weeks of your estimated delivery date. We'll reship at no cost. We may ask you to confirm your shipping address and check with your local post office first.
Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind?
Because every Sekkle piece is made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for sizing preference or change of mind. All sales are final unless an item arrives defective or damaged.

What We Can't Accept Returns On
- Items purchased at a discount or on sale (unless defective)
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
- Jewellery, swimwear, or underwear
- Items with minor print placement variation — small shifts are a natural part of the printing process
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to cancel, contact us within 1–2 hours of placing your order at info@sekkle.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation after that window, as production may already have started.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. All customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
